Think back over the last several many "media events" in this country. Natural and unnatural disasters.
The current one being this year's California WildFires.
(Identification of previous events are an exercise for the reader...but think of NYC and NOrleans for example)
Is it just me are all these places predominately "liberal" politically?
When's the last time Podunk Kansas got in the news for any length of time?
There've been plenty of disasters as I recall. For example the massive snow storm that shut down the Oklahoma Panhandle last winter. (I was there).
Tornado's wiped out a town in Kansas last spring.
Other things....
The locals dealt with it and life went on.
None of this media circus....
Curious isn't it?
